Deep Dish Keto Brownies (Allulose-Sweetened

Rich, fudgy, and baked thick in a loaf pan — these keto brownies are all about that deep chocolate flavor. This recipe is designed specifically for 100% allulose, so stick with it for best results.

Ingredients

  • 7 tbsp unsalted butter (100 g)

  • 18 g unsweetened chocolate, chopped

  • ½ cup Dutch-process cocoa powder (45 g; 40 g if using Hershey’s)

  • 180 g Fit Lane Allulose

  • 2 large eggs, room temp

  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¾ tsp baking powder

  • ⅛ tsp salt

  • ½ cup blanched almond flour (60 g)

  • ¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325°F. Line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment.

  2. Melt butter, then stir in chopped chocolate until smooth. Mix in cocoa powder.

  3. Add allulose and stir well. Mix in eggs one at a time until glossy.

  4. Stir in vanilla, baking powder, and salt.

  5. Fold in almond flour. Let batter cool slightly, then add chips or pecans if using.

  6. Spread batter into pan and bake about 30 minutes. Center should look slightly underdone.

  7. Cool completely before slicing (chilling makes cleaner cuts!).

Pro Tip
Allulose brownies firm up as they cool — don’t overbake! Pull them when the center still looks soft for ultra-fudgy results.
