Directions

Preheat oven to 300°F and prepare six small ramekins.

Whisk egg yolks and sweetener until pale and creamy. Gradually stir in cream and vanilla.

Place ramekins in a large, rimmed baking pan. Pour hot water halfway up the sides to create a water bath.
