Easy Clear Jel Gravy (Fit Lane Style!)

Ingredients
• 2 cups stock (turkey, chicken, or mushroom)
• 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp Fit Lane Clear Jel Powder
• ¼ cup milk
• ½ tsp poultry seasoning
• ¼ tsp each garlic powder, onion powder & black pepper
• Salt to taste

How to Make It

  1. Warm your stock in a saucepan until it reaches a gentle boil, then take it off the heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Clear Jel Powder and milk until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour the mixture into the hot stock and return the pan to medium-high heat.

  4. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes, stirring often, until the gravy thickens to your liking.

  5. Season with the spices (and a pinch of salt if you need it). Give it one last stir and you’re ready to serve!

For extra depth, swap a tablespoon of your stock for a splash of pan drippings — it boosts flavor without changing the consistency.
