• ½ cup soft or silken tofu
• ¼ cup tapioca starch (tapioca flour)
• ¼ cup refined coconut oil, melted
• 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
• 1½ Tbsp kappa carrageenan
• 1 Tbsp sauerkraut
• 1½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1½ cups boiling water

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender except the boiling water.

  2. With the blender running, carefully pour in the boiling water last.

  3. Blend immediately until completely smooth and creamy.

  4. Quickly pour into a mold (it sets fast!).

  5. Chill uncovered for about 1 hour, until fully firm.
